It's overly goofy, the story is generic and feels very forced, the open world is tedious more than anything, the addition of ammo types becomes a chore to handle, enemy types are inconsequential, etc., etc., etc.

I've played all of the games in the series and really enjoyed 4, Primal (I love the ancient setting) and 5. I know 6 will be much of the same.
Some people still enjoyed 6, to be sure, but after being somewhat let down by Far Cry 5, despite many people loving it, I knew that a slew of middling reviews for Far Cry 6 meant I should stay clear of anymore Far Cry's until they finally do something to revolutionize the series.
